the retrospective
As a personal creative project, a group of friends and I imagined a poster for a special retrospective at the MoMA highlighting Henri Matisse’s famous painting La Danse. The idea was to give this iconic work a fresh, contemporary twist, reinterpreting its vibrant energy for a modern audience.
Along the way, I accidentally became a master of body painting and digital retouching because, as it turns out, perfectly choreographed limbs don’t happen on the first try. Scroll down for the BTS !
